I have just returned from Sorrento with my sister and my elderly mother who uses an electric wheelchair. Pasquale and Tony, our two different drivers over the week handled us and my mum with such care from the airport at Naples and back and also two beach trips. Always punctual, always polite. Sorrento is not typically wheelchair friendly but the traffic did avoid us perfectly as we trundled along the roads. But the wheelchair Taxi was essential on a few occasions, large vehicles, easily accommodating with the ramp. I would highly recommend this company for transfers from the airport and any trips during your stay. Francesco was incredibly easy to communicate with using WhatsApp. I always agreed a price upfront and there was never any quibble. Great service. Thank you
Perfecto Day!! Our driver was Francesco. He picked us up promptly at La Agavi Hotel in Positano for a day of sightseeing to Amalfi, Ravello and on to Pompeii. Francesco guided us well, allowed us to stop for ceramic shopping, prepared us to tour Amalfi by foot and arranged for our wonderful lunch place (including table with view) in Ravello. The expansive views of the Amalfi coast and Maori were tremendous. He also gave us a great recommendation on how to enjoy the Ravello gardens. Next, Francesco drove us to Pompeii and had our tour guide prepared and ready as soon as we stepped out of the van. Our Pompeii guide, Andrew, was deeply knowledgeable (licensed) relative to Pompeii with an interesting focus on mythology as it impacted the citizens of Pompeii at that time. Lastly Francesco guided us back to our hotel. Yes, a very full day (1000 to 1800) and he was able to change/modify to our needs and help us with great ideas. We would recommend Lino Tours and specifically Francesco for a relaxing day on and off the Amalfi coast.
We had the amazing pleasure of being paired up with Lino who took such great care of us and shared some very memorable notes about Naples and Sorrento! ***** 100% recommendation. Lino Tour Car Service is a service and company that goes beyond what your highest expectations may be. We utilized their transfer and “find your roots” service. From first contact with the company, Francesco was in touch on a regular basis. Transfers went smoothly. It is the “find your roots” service that was beyond what we could have ever asked for. Francesco made all the contact with the town’s officials and stayed with it until an appointment could be made. Mr. Peppe took us to the town (1.5 hours from Napoli) and asked all the questions to get us to the correct office and to help us communicate. The surprise came when we thought we were done, Mr. Peppe found out where in the countryside our relatives grew up and drove us there. This was a priceless gift. We used Lino's company for all of our transportation needs in Sorrento. We cannot reccomend this company enough. We had the pleasure of meeting Lino and his son Francesco. Their family company went above and beyond to help us in our travels around Sorrento, Naples, and Vesuvius. They are friendly, gave great advice for our stay in Sorrento, and were a pleasure to ride with. You can tell they care about their customers! When we return to Italy, we will surely use them again! We encourage everyone who goes to Sorrento and the Amalfi Coast to book with this lovely company! You will not be disappointed!
I used lino tours throughout my honeymoon travelling through Italy I had both Gaetano and Michele on different occasions and cannot recommend this company enough both friendly professional service cars are comfortable price is great! They make you feel at home from the start on time anything you want nothing is too much effort I will only use lino tours again! Absolutely outstanding service cannot recommend enough on the way into amalfi gatano even stopped the car for an incredible photo op he made our honeymoon feel so special thank you to gatano and Michele wonderful people!
In my opinion, Lino is #1. He accepted our last minute ride and was extremely patient and entertaining through a very long, late, and traffic-filled drive. I would highly recommend Lino's services. He really helped us out in a stressful time.
We had the most wonderful day with our driver, Raffaele. He planned an incredible day up in Ravello, went to a ceramic and limoncello factory. He found a beautiful restaurant overing looking the towns below. He was kind, easy to talk to and truly a gentleman. Thank you for a great tourUV.! We highly recommend him and the car service.
